My Maudite Lamb Meatball Recipe Takes Center Stage on Unibroue’s Site

A month or so ago I posted a recipe for a Spaghetti Squash pasta made with veal meatballs, San Marzano tomatoes, and Unirboue’s La Maudite.  Unibroue loved the recipe and posted it in the recipe section of their site – then, just a few days ago I got an email from then asking if they could post it up on the front page as their recipe of the month! So now on the main Unibroue Page my own recipe is featured front and center! Thanks Unirboue! You keep making the beer, I’ll keep enjoying it! Cheers.

Unibroue Proudly Steps Into The 21st with a New Site

Unibroue, without a question, is one of the breweries whose beers have helped guide me along this rich and wonderful journey of real beer and real flavor. La Maudite, La Fin Du Monde and Blanch de Chambly are also almost always available at all LCBO locations in gorgeous 750ml corked bottles for $5.45, making them a very accessible beer.

Unibroue always suffered though from one big issue, and if you are a fan you probably already know that their web site was horrible. It was a dreadful example of mid 90’s internet design and sorely lagged behind their beers quality and the other sites of modern breweries. But now they have finally unveiled a new site which is absolutely stunning and full of rich content!
