Its true, food and beer is one of the most sensational and sublime pairings this earth has ever seen. There are really so many incredible combinations and applications for this pairing it can begin to bottle the mind. But why stress about that – we should be enjoying it!
On Wednesday May the 26th at the Hart House on the University of Toronto’s Campus, the third annual Brewers Plate Dinner brings together local sustainable foods and local renowned brewers to create a night filled with fun and delicious pairings. The breweries that are participating will be Black Oak, Cameron’s, Great Lakes, Mill Street, Steam Whistle and Wellington.
